I have been in the field of gastronomy for a few years now. I’m a big lover of food and drink. In fact, it shows in me. 🙂 So now from the beginning.

I started out selling ciders, just as a sideline to my profession completely outside the industry. And I soon discovered that I enjoyed it more than office work. Being constantly on the move, my own boss, trying to spread awareness of a good product and most importantly doing what really fulfills me. I think that’s when I found myself. And so I took this path. Of course, it wasn’t an easy path at first, but the experience gradually built up and the contacts grew, which windingly led me to where I am today. Along the way, I also tried my hand at working at a booth, going to festivals and various festivals. I enjoyed it, even though it was often quite challenging.

I attended some trade fairs abroad, such as Sialu in Shanghai or the Grüne Woche food and drink festival in Berlin. I gradually added food to my drinking. I started working with small regional food producers and looking for ways to help them succeed on the market, what needs to be improved, how to improve their brand etc. I am constantly trying to educate myself and move forward, I am assembling a team of skilled people and I believe that promoting quality Czech food is my mission
